The solicitation number is W9132T21Q0065 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement for one (1) Benchtop Reactive Ion Etching System with accessories. Installation and training services for this laboratory equipment are also included in the requirement.
