This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (CC) intends to award a Fixed Price Contract to Benchmark Products, LLC., 1605 S Waukegan Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085-6729 on a sole source basis to procure the Benchmark Cleaning Products. The Government intends to award an IDIQ Contract to Benchmark Products with the intent to purchase a minimum of a three month supply of the 7 products listed below, with options to purchase additional quantities as required by issuance of delivery orders within a 60 month Period of Performance. Benchmark manufactured cGMP Cleaning products are available exclusively through the manufacturer, Benchmark Products, LLC. The consumable items that work with the respective mopping and cleaning systems are NOT INTERCHANGABLE or COMPATIBLE with other manufacturers.
This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements in FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

• Have the ability to provide the required documentation for every product (Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformance are required for all supplies using in GMP facilities)
• Adapt to the fluctuations of the needs of the NIH aseptic facilities
