Synopsis:
The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA), and the NOAA Marine Mammal Lab intends to procure services for photograph identification of Beluga whales of Cook Inlet, Alaska and establishment of a catalogue of identified individuals from the vertical photographs taken by a NOAA hexacopter. NOAA personnel will provide photographs for identification after the 2017 field season. The contractor will provide identification services, provide key personnel resumes, and coordinate with NOAA personnel as delineated in the statement of work in this package. The contract is firm fixed-price.

This support service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 12 Commercial Items. The Eastern Region Acquisition Division (ERAD) requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
