This is a presolicitation notice to provide services to capture up to 20 beluga whales to hold for attachment of satellite transmitters and health tests in Bristol Bay, Alaska for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This procurement is a best value and is unrestricted and open to all sources. The associated NAICS code is 541990. The small business size standard is $7.0M. The period of performance shall be 17 months from August 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
