The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 108 NSNs with various item descriptions and end items in the Federal Stock Classes (FSCs) 2510, 2540, and 2590. This project is composed of miscellaneous vehicle items with the majority being belts, covers, or cushions. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a base year and 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Applicable NAICS is 336211 for FSC 2510, NAICS 336360 for FSC 2540, and NAICS 336992 for FSC 2590. Small Business Size Standard for 336211 and 336992 is 1000 and 336360 is 500. Solicitation will be full and open competition after exclusion of sources as a 100% small business set aside. The solicitation will be available on AUGUST 19, 2011 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available.  Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery as described in the solicitation.
