Scope of work includes demolition and partial replacement of existing timber boardwalk; installation of new sidewalk; rehabilitation of 3 – 84” CMPs (approx. 450-L.F.); reestablishing roadway shoulder and ditch line; and all other incidental work necessary to provide a completed project in accordance with the contract documents. The Contractor shall provide all work required including, but not limited to, labor, supervision, traffic control, materials, equipment, installation, and incidentals required for complete rehabilitation. CONTRACTOR shall also provide material samples, as necessary, to ensure compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Installation of all materials shall be in accordance with all applicable CITY standards and requirements, applicable Florida Departments of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (latest edition), manufacturer and industry preferred standards.
