The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order to Bell and Howell, LLC loacated in Durham, NC for maintenance of Bell and Howell main insertion systems and attached peripherals used to prepare mailings of certificates, applications, order forms, renewals and other letters. The period of performance for this requirement starts November 17, 2011 - November 16, 2012. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Bell and Howell. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. This notice of intent is to not request for quotes.
