The City of Bowie requests proposals for the replacement of two (2) heat pump units at the Belair Stable Museum located at 2835 Belair Drive, Bowie, Maryland. Specifications and bid documents are available at no cost by emailing your request to Robin Jones ([email protected]). Electronic (pdf) proposals will be received via email to Robin Jones at [email protected] until 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 17, 2022. The subject line of the email must read PROPOSAL: BELAIR STABLES HVAC REPLACEMENT. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 9:00 am.
