The City of Bowie, Maryland requests proposals to repair of the south masonry stair at the Belair Mansion (“the Mansion”), a circa 1745 City of Bowie Museum located at 12207 Tulip Grove Drive, Bowie MD 20715. Specifications and bid documents are available at no cost by emailing your request to Robin Jones ([email protected]). Electronic (pdf) proposals will be received via email to Robin Jones at [email protected] until 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 2, 2022. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject all proposals. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled on Tuesday May 10, 2022 at 9 AM at the site. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal shall be submitted by email to Robin Jones at [email protected].
