Remove swarms and hives of live bees from various public locations including but not limited to parkway street trees, park trees, city utility meter boxes and facilities. The Bidder must respond to service calls within 24 business hours or within 4 hours if emergency services are requested. Service must be guaranteed and no charges for return services within 30 days. The Bidder will assume full responsibility and liability for compliance with all applicable regulations pertaining to the health and safety of the public during the execution of the work. Working business hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. An emergency call may be within the working business hours.
