This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Fort Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Beckman Coulter Urinalysis Workcell, iRICELL3000 Reagents for Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH), Korea.

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is W81K0220Q0005, which will be solicited as brand name only. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515, size standard is 1,250 employees and the NAICS code of 325413.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, and its addendum apply to this acquisition. See Attachment 1.

The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial and its addendum apply to this acquisition. See Attachment 1.

Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer.

The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See Attachment 1. The deviation to clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See Attachment 1 for FAR clauses that are applicable to this acquisition.

The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable.

The Government intends to award a Firm fixed price IDIQ contract.

Contract Requirements - The successful offeror shall be required to provide Beckman Coulter Urinalysis Workcell, iRICELL3000 Brand Reagents as stated in Attachment 1.
