Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to solicit a sole source firm- fixed-price modification for OCONUS Operator New Equipment Training (OPNET), and Field Level Maintenance New Equipment Training (FLMNET) and Contractor Service Representative (CSR) fielding support for the M30 Bridge Erection Boat (BEB) in the Republic of Korea and Germany. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source; Birdon America, Inc. located at 4965 Kingston Street, Denver, Colorado 80239-2516. This action is supported by the authority of FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The solicitation will be released on or about April 13, 2018.
