Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1 (b) (1). Illumina is the sole source for Beadstation and Genome Analyzer I & II Genotyping/Sequencing supplies. Both Illumina Beadstation and Genetic Analyzer Systems were purchased by NIA. The necessary supplies such as the HumanHap370 Beadchips, Linkage Panel v.4 OPAs, Sentrix Array Matrix, Activation Kit, Genotyping Kit, Cluster generations Kits, Chip-Seq DNA and Small RNA sample prep kits have been specially designed and optimized to be run on the Illumina Beadstation and/or Genetic Analyzer. These systems are used for high-through-put genotyping and sequencing. Award will be made on an all or none basis to the lowest priced, technically acceptable source.
