BOROUGH OF SEASIDE HEIGHTS NOTICE TO BIDDERS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Seaside Heights for the ten-year lease of municipal beachfront property located approximately between Sheridan Avenue and Hiering Avenue for purposes of operating a sky ride amusement ride. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained on and after November 26, 2022, during normal business hours Monday through Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM), except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from the Finance Office, George E. Tompkins Municipal Complex, Building B, 100 Grant Ave., Seaside Heights, NJ 08751. The bid documents will also be downloadable from the municipal website at www.seaside-heightsnj.org. Sealed bids will be received, opened and read aloud in public at the George E. Tompkins Municipal Complex at the above referenced address on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 3:00 PM prevailing time. The Borough of Seaside Heights reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any bid and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Borough of Seaside Heights. However, it is the intent of Borough Council to award the lease at its December 21, 2022, regular Council Meeting. Each bid must be on the bid form included in the bid package in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside and also bearing on the outside specific reference to “Sky Ride Property Lease.” Bids shall be addressed to Sherri Sieling, QPA, George E.
