Tupelo, MS (T-NR-E) A. It is the intend of these specifications to specify products for a JROTC obstacle course for the TPSD JROTC program. All equipment will be used at an outdoor location located as indicated on drawings. B. Vendor shall provide all equipment and products required to provide for a safe 1-Course. C. Vendor shall provide Maintenance/ Operational instruction at completion of job along with written documents to turn over to owner. D. If additional parts for equipment are to remain on site the vendor shall coordinate with owner on location and placement of these items. E. All equipment must meet the space requirements and vendor shall relocate as required to meet JROTC O-Course guidelines requirements. F. Vendor shall tour and prep existing site as needed to accommodate equipment all tools or supplies needed for complete install. H. Vendor shall be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is correctly and safely installed and secured. I. Contractor is responsible for compliance with applicable and national, local and federal codes and regulations.
