This project consists of the construction of a campground and day use area and includes but is not limited to: Construction staking, clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal of toilet buildings, excavation, embankment, road reconditioning, crushed aggregate placement, trail construction, construction of campsite living areas and parking spurs, information kiosks, and signage.

Bonding in required (A Payment Bond and a Performance Bond).  A bid bond will be also required at the time of submitting of Proposals.

This project is located in Whatcom County near Baker Lake, WA (T37N - R9E - Sec. 19).
From I-5 at Burlington, WA, take exit for Hwy 20 (exit 230). Follow Hwy 20 East for about 24 miles,
go north on the Baker Lake Hwy for 15 miles, turn right onto Forest Service Road 1118 for
1 mile to Forest Service Road 1118011 and the beginning of the project.
