This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement under NAICS Code: 237990
with a size standard of $39.5 Million. Solicitation number is W912P820R0087. The
solicitation will be issued on or about 10 May 2021. The anticipated proposal due date
will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. It is anticipated this will be a
Best Value Firm Fixed Price Construction contract.
The work consists of demolition, removal and replacement of timber guidewall, pile
driving and construction of new dolphin, and other related incidental work. (The
estimated time of completion is 430 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
The solicitation will include plans and specifications).
The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone or email
requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are
responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any
amendments.
