Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by St. Martin Parish Government, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, at the St. Martin Parish Government, 301 W. Port St., St. Martinville, Louisiana, until 10:00 a.m., on November 23, 2022, for: BAYOU PONT BRULE CHANNEL MAINTENENCE FOR THE ST. MARTIN PARISH GOVERNMENT at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. The work shall consist of the following: Removing approximately 150,000cy of spoil material from channel, removing and replacing existing culverts with 7x9 box culverts, installing headwalls, removing existing headwalls, removing existing bridges and bridge pilings. All work performed will be done within and inclusive of the channel. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:30 PM on November 10, 2022 in the St. Martin Parish Council Chambers 301 W. Port Street St Martinville, LA. All prospective bidders shall be present at the beginning of the pre- bid conference and shall remain in attendance for the duration of the conference. Any prospective bidder who fails to attend the conference or remain for the duration shall be prohibited from submitting a bid for the project.
