The Operations Building is a 125,000 sf multi-story, secure facility that will house operational and administrative
spaces including a Controlled Access Area (CAA); armory, private and open offices; multi-purpose team room;
conference; training; storage; personnel support spaces (kitchen/serving, medical aid station, physical therapy,
locker rooms, laundry, restrooms); and uninterruptible power supply. The Hangar is a 225,000 sf multi-story,
secure facility and aircraft paint shop. It will house fixed wing and rotary-wing aircraft bays; tool room; repair,
Aircraft Life Saving Equipment, rotor balance, and wash shops; operational and administrative spaces including
CAA; training areas; troop area; storage and support areas; and uninterruptible power supply.
