The Town of Yarmouth is seeking written quotes to repair Bass Hole Boardwalk located near Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts. Contractors shall be required to comply with all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30 §.39M, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. Written and numerical quotations must be provided on this form and emailed to William Bonnetti, Field Supervisor, Yarmouth Division of Natural Recourses, at [email protected] no later than 3:00 pm, February 10, 2022. The Quotes must reflect Prevailing Wage Schedule # 20220125-059. All bidders shall be required to provide Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training in accordance with Massachusetts General Law 30: Section 39S, as amended by Chapter 306 of the Acts of 2004, effective 7/1/06.
