This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation
FA8601-09-T-0126 is issued as a Request for
Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37, 14 October 2009. This acquisition is
100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 7999 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711219. The small business size standard is $7 Million.
The RFQ has Two (2) line items for Non Personal Services.
LINE ITEM 0001: To furnish Certified Sports Officials for the Military Competitive and Recreational Intramural Basketball League games played at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, in accordance with the Statement of Work, Attachment 1, (228 Games).
LINE ITEM 0002: To furnish Certified Sports Officials for the Varsity Level League games played at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, in accordance with the Statement of Work, Attachment 2, (20 Games). The period of performance is the date of award through 31 March 2009. Rates shown on Wage Determination 2005-2419, Revision 9, dated 08/14/2009 applies to this acquisition, Attachment 3.
