AMENDMENT 1
Summary of changes:

- Change frequency of inspection and maintenance from Semi-Annual to Tri-Annual. This change was also made to SOW para. 1.1.

- Revision of SOW. The sentence "However, the parts/material specified in para. 4.3. in below will be provided to the contractor for use." and whole para.3.11. have been removed. Para. 1.3.1. "See Appendix A for inspection" has been changed to "See Appendix B for inspection".
