Non-personal services in support of the 86th Airlift Wing Safety (86 AW/SE) Bird/Wildlife Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH) program. The contractor shall be responsible for managing and maintaining BASH cannons and equipment issued by the 86 AW/SE. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, vehicles, parts and labor necessary to ensure the operational capability of BASH cannons at Ramstein Air Base (RAB), Germany at all times.
