Hispanic Center of the Lehigh Valley is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the construction efforts associated with the waterproofing the basement and restoration at 520 East 4th street, Bethlehem, PA 18015. Proposals are due electronically via the PennBid Program by 12:00 PM EDT on Monday July 12th, 2021. Complete bidding documents are available at no cost via PennBid (www.pennbid.net). Any questions related to the RFP and Proposal shall be submitted via the “Clarifications” feature within PennBid. The Hispanic Center of the Lehigh Valley reserves the right to seek clarifications regarding any of the proposals received. A pre-bid walk through for all interested bidders regarding this RFP will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 10:30 AM, meeting at the project site – Hispanic Center of the Lehigh Valley.
