The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to supply one (1) stand or ride on baseball/softball infield groomer with 4 attachments for maintenance of baseball and softball infields. This is a brand name or equal to the ABI Force Base Unit and Hydraulic Lift with the following attachments:

     a) Profile Blades for ABI Force
     b) VibraFlex 5" Infield Drag 3800
     c) Mini-Box Blade
     d) Rigid Drag Mat & Level Bar for Infield Rascal/Force 6'

Therefore, the Government is looking for the brand name described above, or a unit meeting the following infield groomer specifications:

  1) User must be able to either stand on or ride on the unit.
  2) Must be a "zero turn" unit.
  3) No lower than 12 horse power engine.
  4) Include a parking brake for safety.
  5) Warranty of at least 24 months for the chassis and engine.

Attachments:
  6) Attachment mount needs to be on a hydraulic lift mechanism that can be used from the standing or sitting position.
  7) Each attachment must not weigh no more than 85lbs and be no shorter then 60in in length.

Required attachments include:
     a. Cutter Bar
     b. Nail Drag: Made of steel
     c. Fence Drag/Net Drag
     d. Field Brush
