PURPOSE: The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein “Respondent”, to provide full customizable sublimation jerseys and hats on as needed basis for a term of thirty-six (36) months. BACKGROUND: Leander Little League is managed by the City of Leander. Both jerseys and hats are given to all players and coaches who participate in these seasons. The growth of league participation has increased each season since the inception of the league in 2016 to 800 players, 250 coaches and volunteers in 2021.
