INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS The City of Bartlett, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids to remove silt and sediment from the bottom of the existing retention pond by hydraulic dredging methods. Erosion along the side slopes will also be repaired and riprap will be added to help stabilize the banks. The Project will also include erosion control, sod, and all associated work. Although this project does not require a TDEC SWPPP, the Contractor shall implement Erosion Prevention and Soil Conservation (EPSC) Best Management Practices (BMP’s) as required by the City of Bartlett and the TN Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC).
