C-1 - PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION
C1-a) Description of Work - The Forest Service is soliciting bids to insulate two existing buildings in Bartlett and Waterville Valley, NH within the White Mountain National Forest, Saco Ranger District.

The buildings are the Bartlett Lodge and the Radeke Cabin.
The contractor(s) shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, coordination with utilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the insulation of the buildings and other associated minor activities. The desired outcome is in strict accordance with the standards attached to this solicitation and adherence to the contract awarded. The awarded contract
shall constitute the entire agreement including all terms and conditions applicable to the contract.

Work shall be completed as shown in the drawings, maps and specifications as referenced or included in this contract. Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization to sites; preparation for installation; protection of existing building, equipment, finishes and furnishings; insulation of all areas in each building; and clean-up of each site including repair of any damage to existing structure and finishes
required to install insulation, or as otherwise resulting from performance of any of the required work.
