Demolition of 6 portable buildings located at Rivercrest Elementary Pre-Bid Information There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting beginning at 9:00 A.M., Central Time, Wednesday, April 21, 2021. All interested bidders will meet in front of Rivercrest Elementary, 4825 Rivercrest Lane, Bartlett, Tennessee 38135. Pertinent information concerning this bid will be discussed and distributed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bid Information There will be a public opening of this bid not later than 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Wednesday, April 28, 2021, Purchasing Conference Room, Bartlett City Schools, Administration Offices, 5705 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134. All bidders will meet in the lobby of Bartlett City Schools Administration Offices, 5705 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134 prior to 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Wednesday, April 28, 2021, and move to the Conference Room for the bid opening. Demolish six (6) portable buildings located on the north side of Rivercrest Elementary, 4825 Rivercrest Lane, Bartlett, Tennessee 38135 2. This project includes asbestos sampling and removal of all ballast and bulbs 3. Demolish the wood frame walkways associated with the six (6) portable buildings. This shall include but shall not be limited to: ramps, handrails, stairs and porches leading to classroom entrances 4. Removal of tree adjacent to the work area for access to the portable buildings. Trimming of all limbs along the north sidewalk for access to the work site 5. Removal of all furniture. This shall include but shall not be limited to: desks, chairs, cabinets, tables, and any and/or all building debris 6. All debris derived from this demolition and clean-up project will be removed from the site and disposed of properly at a landfill permitted to accept this type of waste 7.
