AG-82X9-S-10-0050, Bark Beetle Spraying Project is a preventative spraying project that includes the labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and licenses required to spray a minimum of 4,000 trees and a maximum of 9,500 trees to treat for mountain pine beetle (Dendroctonus ponderosae) and spruce beetle (Dendroctonus rufipennis) on the Hahns Peak/Bears Ears (HPBE), Brush Creek/Hayden (BCH), Laramie (LAR), and Yampa (YPA) Ranger Districts on the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grassland.
All aspects of the work program shall be performed in an organized, systematic manner to ensure services will be performed over the entire unit.
The allotted time for this contract is fifty (50) days from the date of the notice to proceed. Estimated start date of June 15, 2010. All work shall be performed on the Hahns Peak/Bears Ears (HPBE), Brush Creek/Hayden (BCH), Laramie (LAR), and Yampa (YPA Ranger Districts of the Medicine Bow/Routt National Forest. No pre-proposal site visit is scheduled. This is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around May 14, 2010. The anticipated due date for issuance of solicitations is on or around June 11, 2010. The due date will be identified on the solicitation. All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
