This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, issued as a Request for Quotation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number H92242-11-T-0001 incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-14, dated 22 November 2006 and DFARS Change Notice 20050930. The DPAS Rating for this solicitation is S1. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Special Warfare Group Four (NSWG-4) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing bareboat charter services for the period 01 November through 13 November 2010, in accordance with statement of work attached. CLIN 0001 covers thirteen (13) days each day pricing. NSWG-4 anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract.

Statement of Work
Special Boat Team Twelve requires Delivery of Bare Boat Charter for the period of Thirteen (13) Days commencing on or about 0700 Monday, November 1, 2010 and ending on or about 0700 Saturday, November 13, 2010. This Thirteen (13) day Charter is to be delivered with a full tank of fuel to Huntington Beach, CA and returned to Vendor with a full tank of fuel.
Requirement is for a Vessel meeting the following specifications:
46 Foot overall length, Fiberglass Hull, Sport fisher Vessel Type, Bertram Designer,
Twin Screw, and USCG Documented vessel. Capable of 18+ knots sustained speed and
350 Nautical Mile range. In excellent working order. Vessel must have GPS and Radar
Units that are fully operational and include electronic charts of the local area. Vessel
must be able to be bareboat chartered without captain or crew.
Vessel to be used for training purposes for up to ten Military personnel plus supporting gear.
