Justification for Sole Source Acquisition:

The Manufacturing and Calibration Squadron has an urgent requirement for the purchase of 6 Bare Boards PN 352468-000. The Bare Boards will be used in tile completion of job #M2449K84A. The boards are required the completion of the manufacturing of 6 backplane assemblies.  BAE Systems is the manufacturer of the boards referenced by drawing. They have authorized Graphic Research (5K529) to manufacture these boards for Robins AFB.

Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. 

Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098).  In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.  Requested delivery date is NLT 30 September 2011.

Quotations should be emailed to "[email protected]" NLT 12 July 2011, 4:00 p.m. EST.
