The project consists of approximately 2,800 linear feet of roadway shoulder landscaping. The project begins approximately 400 linear feet west of the intersection of Bankhead Highway and Cedar Street and ends at the intersection of Bankhead Highway and Thomas Newell Way. The project will include selective removal of existing trees and shrubs, amendments to existing soil at proposed shrub and tree locations and all proposed lawn areas, installation of trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch, traffic control, construction staging, and coordination with, project engineer, project manager, city engineer, and property owners.
