The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Bamboo Solutions Corporation, 11417 Sunset Hills Rd STE 105, Reston VA 20190. This purchases will be conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, “Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,” to purchase maintenance renewal on Bamboo software and corresponding services. The contractor will provide the necessary project management, programming and support services to install, test and configure software components with enhanced regional search functions, project tracking and viewer markup tools, and to develop the required workflow models for business-to-business process and business to client workflow processes as required. The contractor shall also install and configure viewer component with enhanced viewer with redline and markup functionality. If SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing this requirement, the agency shall issue a sole source award of the product and maintenance under FAR par 13, Simplified Acquisitions. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the information received. Verbal responses are NOT acceptable and will NOT be considered.
