USAID plans to award a sole source contract to CAMEOS Consulting Engineers for Baluchistan Water Survey Project. The estimated cost of the project is $200,000. The estimated period of performance is two months. The purchase will be made under a Firm Fixed Price Contract and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by 40 U.S.C 474, "Overseas Contracting Activity". The services performed will be solely in the province of Baluchistan, Pakistan. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete tis proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
