The City is soliciting bids for Ballpark Field Equipment | #2020-002-ITB as required by and according to the details, specifications, and contract documents contained in the Invitation to Bid and as generally described as follows: Field equipment for the Madison Multi-Purpose Minor League Ballpark, specifically a new or used John Deere 319D Compact Track Loader or equivalent. All items must conform to the general and technical specifications contained in the Invitation to Bid packet. No prequalification required for this project. Sealed bids for the provision of Ballpark Field Equipment will be received in the Legal Department located on the main level of the Madison Municipal Complex, 100 Hughes Road, until 2:00pm local time on Thursday, March 5, 2020. Immediately thereafter, all bids submitted will be opened in Conference Room 130 and evaluated with the intention of awarding the bid to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder(s). Bids must be submitted on the required forms provided by the City of Madison Legal Department and may not be faxed or e-mailed.
