3.1.1 Disassembly of can and core.

3.1.2 Repair of defects to the can and core.

3.1.3 Blasting, preparation/priming, and painting of can and core.

3.1.4 Perform weld repairs as required.

3.1.5 Restoration of all markings, labels and stenciling on can and core.

3.1.6 Conduct pull test on ballast core paint system or ballast can paint system using 2.1, upon completion of painting.

3.1.7 Reassembly of can and core.

3.1.8 Replacement of all ballast assembly hardware.

3.1.9 Provide crane and rigging services, and fabrication of blocks to support moving the ballast cans to blast/paint all surfaces.

3.1.10 Provide program management, acquisition and oversight services in support of START Treaty Ballast Can Refurbishment efforts.
