Box 247, Baldwin, GA 30511-0247, until 1:00 PM, legally prevailing time on Friday, May 7, 2021, for: City of Baldwin - Baldwin Heights Road, Davison Street, and Vista Lane Roadway Improvements After the time and in a designated room and place, the names of the Companies submitting proposals will be publicly read. No further information will be read, discussed, or provided until the evaluation of all submittals is completed. No extension of the bidding period will be made other than by a formal written addendum. The City of Baldwin is soliciting proposals from qualified construction firms for the removal and replacement of sections of asphalt pavement and asphalt overlay on Baldwin Heights Road and Davison Street and removal and replacement of asphalt pavement on Vista Lane. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Asphalt overlay of approximately 0.25 miles of Baldwin Heights Road and 0.20 miles of Davison Street. Approximately 0.09 miles of asphalt removal and replacement on Vista Lane. Removal and replacement of sections of roadway on Baldwin Heights Road and Davison Street. Placement of asphaltic concrete open graded crack relief interlayer on portion of Davison Street. Driveway tie-ins. Striping. Construction and permanent grassing of shoulders. Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER.
