The City of Bainbridge is requesting written submittals from qualified firms to provide Professional Construction Management Services for the construction of the New Animal Shelter for the Bainbridge-Decatur County Humane Society at Zorn Road. It is the intention of the City of Bainbridge to employ the Construction firm to provide overall Project Construction Management, Cost Benefit Studies, Construction Contract Management, and Construction at Risk on a cost plus a fee basis, with Guaranteed Maximum Price. Submittals will be removed and evaluated by a Selection Committee, which will make a recommendation to the BDCHS Board of Directors. There will be no presentations.
