Combined Synopsis- Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-22-Q-0116 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2022-07) as of 01 August 2022. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 54519. The small business size standard is $30M.

Description/Purpose:

This requirement is for the parts and installation of 1 complete SVTC suite. The installation will include all equipment on the equipment list; attachment 1. "Or Equal" items will not be accepted as a replacement for CISCO equipment. Equipment programming as well as a one-year maintenance is required as part of this requirement.

Quotes shall be evaluated for technical acceptance by 2d Communication Squadron to ensure that the proposed solution utilized products from Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Approved Products List (APL), in order to connect to the DISA provided Global Video Services GVS-U and GVS-C using IP.  All items must be TAA-Compliant and DoDIN certified APL equipment and programing must meet DISA STIG requirements.  Please see link listed below and Attachment 2 for approved products listing. https://aplits.disa.mil/processAPList

Quotes are required to be received no later than Thursday, 15 September 2022, 2:00 pm CST.

Questions are required to be received no later than Monday 12 September 2022 2:00 pm CST.
