The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure up to a maximum quantity of (60) each SOCET GXP Geo Analysis Software; P/N: 1002-C and up to a maximum quantity of (60) each SOCET GXP Geo Analysis Software Annual Maintenance; P/N: 1002-UE on a sole source basis with BAE Systems, Inc., 10920 Technology Place, San Diego, California 92127; CAGE 4V587 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1.

This software is a component of the existing United States Marine Corps (USMC) configuration of the Tactical Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) Processing Exploitation & Dissemination System (TIPS) which deploy in support of fielded unmanned systems at multiple USMC deployed locations. BAE SOCET GXP Geo Analysis software is required to ensure an identical logistical footprint and interoperability with currently fielded USMC TIPS. BAE Systems is the sole manufacturer and distributor of its products.

The resulting contract will be a fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a three year period.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation will be available for this procurement.
