The United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is interested procuring services from vendors that can confirm the identity of bacterial isolates from regulated commodity samples in a shorter time period than the methods presently in use without increasing costs. The scope includes the E. coli, Listeria, Salmonella, and Campylobacter methods performed at all three FSIS Field Service laboratories, as well as Enterococcus spp. and Clostridium perfringens.

Responses will be provided not later than Thursday, September 3, 2020.

An award is anticipated to be made on or about November 1, 2020 as a result of this RFP to provide the services/supplies.
