On page 18, the BAA asks for:

Resumes for Key Personnel: In Appendix A, provide resumes and curriculum vitae (CVs) for each of the key personnel. (Not to exceed 1 page per participant or team member). Is the agency looking for full resumes/CVs, or a 1-page brief Personnel Experience overview? When you combine them, resumes & CVs can be in excess of 5 pages in length.

The answer is: DHS is looking for a 1 page brief personnel experience overview
