Ontario County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for services related to a county-wide backyard composting program. The chosen vendor will work with County staff and partner agencies to provide residents with the tools they need to compost in their backyard, including physical materials, educational information, as well as an easy efficient way to process obtainment of materials.
