Q) Can digital print be accepted?

A) Yes, but will need to find high res non copyright pics

Q) Polyester woven materials do not have very good opacity-print look bit washed out- can coated, banner material be accepted?

A) Sure, will take advice on this

Q) As far as hanging it- would grommets-metal rings- be used to hang it? All you would have to do is mount hangers direct on the top of the walls and when not in use, just take it off and roll it for storage?

A) Possibly, will have to work out hanging with our facility manager.

Q) Will there be significant percussive air movements in the room as a part of the virtual environment experience? Could there be air movements caused by large vehicle motion near the backdrop?

A) No air movement

Q) Will the backdrop be moved to other facilities on a regular basis? Should we provide transportation boxes to be kept with display materials?

A) No alternate facility

Q) Will the environment ever be set up outside?

A) No, indoor only

Q) Should the backdrop be waterproof as well as flame resistent?

A) Yes, water/flame

Q) Can the backdrop be slightly wider at 16ft for the second set of backdrops?

A) Yes

Q) This seems to be for a total of 6 backdrops, 3 each of two different sizes?

A) Yes

Q) Can we assume that 350 Tully St Bldg 90339, Hurlburt Field FL is the delivery address?

A) This is the address of the contracting squadron.  The delivery address, while in the same general vicinity, will be different.

Q) Do you require initial set-up and/or training?

A) Will require a means up hanging backdrops, but will accomplish through facility manager.

Q) Do you require a manual for operation?

A) No

Q) Is a standard Pipe and Base system acceptable and appropriate?

A) Yes

Q) Will you consider a 'printed' backdrop produced from original, scale artwork rather than finished painted full size backdrops?

A) Yes, will consider, but will need to find non-copy righted pics

Q) In reference to the Backdrop Painting, can you tell me in what capacity will you need labor for this event and do you have any dates of when this event will take place?

A)Labor of hanging the backdrops will be done internally, by facility manager ...
It is not a one time event, it's for an indoor military training facility

Q) Also, can we go Digital?

A) Digital if we can find high resolution non-copyright pics
