The Africa Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS) engages African partner states and institutions through rigorous academic and outreach programs that build strategic capacity and foster long-term, collaborative relationships. This procurement is foe a backdrop that will prominently feature the ACSS logo in dimensions that will be easily recognizable in still and video images. The backdrop will be placed behind the speakers at all ACSS conferences. It will also be used at other events. It shall be portable and it shall fold up into a carrying case. The dimensions of the backdrop, banner stand and travel bag shall be:
1. Backdrop: 8' x 10' seamless single-sided backdrop on dye-sub heavy knit
fabric at 720dpi and finish with pole pockets top & bottom. The backdrop shall have the Africa Center name and logo with a Bluebird blue background color (See Backdrop attachment)

2. Banner Stand: 8' x 8' telescopic banner stand and extension kit (to fit the
8' x 10' backdrop)

3. Travel bag to hold both the 8' x 8' stand and the extension kit. 40" x 6" x 6".
