This notice is to express intent to sole source a contract to Washington State Department of Social & Health Services Research and Data Analysis Division (WA DSHS RDA) for services for the Veteran s Health Administration Puget Sound Medical System s Primary Care Analytics Team (PCAT) examining of state service utilization for Veterans with an emphasis on social determinates of health (SDOH). WA DSHS RDA has stated that they are the only party with authorized access to the data PCAT requires to continue examining state social and health service utilization among Veterans, which includes Washington state resident qualifications and utilization of services offered for state social and health services. WA DSHS RDA is also the only authorized access to the data in an identifiable form in order to create the datasets that PCAT needs for their examination of state service utilization.
