Amendment 0003 is issued to provide offerors with additional information regarding the Buy American Act requirement and to delete Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.223-7002.

 Amendment 0002 is issued to incorporate clauses and provisions.

Contractor shall deliver 10,000 7.62x54R Armor Piercing Incendiary B32 Gen I projectiles with head-stamp traceability in accordance with the Statement of Work and the B32 Technical Requirements . The B32 projectile is a 7.62  diameter armor-piercing incendiary round which is a non-standard type of ammunition used for testing hard body armor plates.
