The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of contractors that can provide Avian Predation Analyses services per the attached draft performance work statement (PWS). A draft copy of the PWS is attached to this notice. Please be advised that this is only a draft copy as final revisions have not been completed yet.

Potential contractors that have the capability to meet the requirement are invited to submit a capabilities statement that clearly shows the ability to meet this requirement. Submissions must include the following:

1. Capabilities statement

2. Past Performance/Experience – Information submitted shall be recent and relevant to the services required in the attached draft PWS.

3. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) No.

4. Socio-economic Status (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc)

Responses are due no later than 5 PM ET Thursday, April 27, 2023, and shall be submitted via email at [email protected]. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Reponses are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this notice.
