The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Julie Kreeger, DVM, PhD, for Veterinary Services at the National Black Footed Ferrit Facility, Carr, Colorado. The endangered species is fragil in its reproduction, confirming the requirement for continual expertise. The requirement will be awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. Services include treatment of capitve colony, vaccination, permitting to reintroduction sites and other breeding facilities. Stain and read vaginal cytology slides for NBFFCC and partner breeding facitlities. Assist with evaluation of reproductive readiness.
